1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
  • Payment must be accepted before processing begins.
  • Cut‑off time for same‑day processing is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Upon shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (check spam/junk folders). Allow 3–7 days for carriers to scan packages into their system; tracking updates become visible once scanned.


4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

5. Personalized Orders

Customized or personalized products require additional design time. We’ll notify you if extra processing time is needed based on order complexity.


6. Incorrect Address Policy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Saleshopster is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error
  • Returns to sender; such orders will be disposed of by carriers
  • Loss, theft, or damage if you request forwarding/redirecting after shipment

If a return occurs due to an incorrect address, you must pay a re‑shipping fee to resend your order.
