  • Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
  • Damaged or defective products qualify for free returns.

We do not accept returns for customer errors (e.g., incorrect size ordered, spelling mistakes in custom designs, or incorrect image uploads). Please review your order carefully before checkout.


3. How to Initiate a Return

    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the item (if damaged/defective)

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Package your items securely, include a copy of your order confirmation, and ship via your preferred carrier.
