1. Order Exchanges

  • Please verify all order details (size, design, quantity) before completing checkout.
  • Exchanges for errors in selection are not permitted.
  • To correct a mistake, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and submit a new order with the correct details.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement.
  • After 24 hours, orders may enter processing and cannot be canceled.
  • A 10% cancellation fee (of total order value) applies to all canceled orders.

3. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility (180‑Day Window)

Returns and refunds are accepted within 180 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged, broken, or defective
  • Product differs materially from its description (design, size, or material)
  • Incorrect item received

Ineligible for Return/Refund

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Defects not caused by Saleshopster
  • Items missing original tags
  • Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., fixable threads)

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.


4. Refund Claim Requirements

When submitting a refund request, include:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Photos of damage, defects, or incorrect items
  • Shipping label or receipt
  • Any relevant correspondence

5. Return & Refund Process

  2. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship your package to the provided address; keep your carrier’s tracking number.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or denial via email.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged or defective items.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
  • Refunds include the original shipping cost.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10–15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company for status.

Saleshopster is not liable for:

  • Damage or loss during return shipping
  • Returns lost in transit
  • Ineligible return requests

Customers are responsible for filing claims with carriers for lost or damaged return shipments.
