Cancellation & Change Window

• Timeframe: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it.
• After the 4‑hour window, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Include your order number, full name, and a brief description of the requested change or cancellation.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business hour and notify you of its status.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing checkout. Saleshopster is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us for this reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
